The next time you make some fresh apple juice using your juicer, don’t toss out your pulp. Instead, use it to make this cinnamon apple bread recipe that I’m sharing below.
My momma told me not to waste no food up in her house. So, it was only natural for me to find a way to not waste apple pulp after making fresh apple juice with my juicer. My first thought was to make cinnamon apple bread using the leftover apple pulp.
Every bite of this bread tasted like Fall deliciousness! You can enjoy it for dessert with Fall cocktails or for a quick breakfast. Hubby loved eating this bread for breakfast on the way to work. I also gave some bread to my neighbor and she loved eating it with a pumpkin spice latte.
P.S. In case you don’t have apple pulp from juicing, but still want to make this cinnamon apple bread, you can use grated or diced apples, or applesauce. Give this recipe a try and let me know what you think. Enjoy!

Notes
Tips for Making the Apple Bread
- When you put the batter in the oven to bake, place a cookie sheet underneath it to catch any batter that overflows, to prevent it from burning on the bottom of your oven.
- Keep checking on the bread while it is cooking. If it looks done sooner than 55-60 minutes, then take it out and test the center with a toothpick. And vice versa, if you take it out at 60 mins, and the center is still jiggly or the toothpick doesn’t come out clean, then put it back in there for another 5-10 minutes.
