I’m excited to share my patio reveal and how I decorated it for Fall. I know not everybody decorates their patio for Fall, but since I just got my stamped concrete patio installed, I was super ready to make it look all cute, warm, and cozy for the Fall season!
I picked out my entire outdoor furniture set in-store from World Market and I’m in love with how it all came together. I’ll be sharing the details of how I designed my backyard patio for the Fall to inspire you to add some Fall touches to yours too!

Get the Look
Before designing our patio, our backyard was brand new since we had a new construction home. There was barely any grass, no fence, and no patio. So we had to grow the grass, get a fence installed and get our stamped concrete patio installed. All of that took multiple months to get done.
Once the patio was ready to start adding furniture to it, I started shopping around online for outdoor patio furniture. I had no luck because the furniture I liked online was either too expensive or out of stock. Instead of shopping online, I tried going into some stores in-person to see what they had available, but I didn’t expect to find much.
I went to World Market thinking I’d grab a few items, and ended up grabbing my whole entire outdoor furniture collection – the couch, table, rug, umbrella, accent chair, and pillows. I actually saw the couch and table set up in the store, so I was able to see exactly what it looked like and I was able to sit on it to see how comfortable it was. It was perfect and was exactly what I was looking for, so I took it ALL home.

Patio Design Details
Patio Furniture (World Market):
Absolutely loved picking out my outdoor patio furniture in-store. I bought my patio couch, table, rug, umbrella base, frame, and canopy all from World Market.⠀
World Market has fabulous furniture for decent prices. I love their modern boho-ish type style and the quality of their furniture. You can’t go wrong with their outdoor furniture and decor.
The outdoor furniture I bought was very comfortable and could accommodate up to 5 people at a time. I also love adding a chunky woven throw blanket on the couch to make it cozy and inviting.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For large furniture purchase, I do recommend to go in-store versus picking furniture out online. That way you know exactly how it will feel and how it will look. You’re able to envision the furniture in your space and can determine if it will work or not based on the color and sizing.
Accent Chair:
I fell in love with the outdoor accent chair I bought at World Market, it was so beautiful. Not only did it give me more sitting room, it also added texture to the patio design.
Rug:
This geometric rug design from World Market was so perfect for the patio vibes I was going for. It was the perfect size and I loved that it was black and white to allow for other colors to be brought in by the table decor and couch pillows.
Table Decor:
The wooden outdoor table I got from World Market was the perfect size, height, and style. It was actually part of the couch collection so it all matched. The wood color of the table brought a lot of contrast with the couch which was exactly what I was looking for.
I love putting my mini table top fire pit on top of the table to roast marshmallows, make s’mores, enjoy cocktails, or do some work on my laptop. I also like to dress the table up with some faux fall flowers to really add more warmth.
Stamped Concrete Patio:
I found a contractor on Yelp to do my stamped concrete patio install. I had a very unprofessional experience with them so I won’t mention them here. At the end of the day, the patio got done.
Pillows:
I added orange pumpkin themed throw pillow covers on top of my existing outdoor throw pillows to add some more Fall vibes to my patio decor. I really love how simple and cute they are. They look so good paired with the white throw pillows also.
Faux Pumpkins and Faux Mums:
Can’t forget about my lovely faux pumpkins and faux mums. If you aren’t hip to the “faux”, then you need to read my blog post about adding faux pumpkins and mums to your Fall Decor. No more killing mums and pumpkins every season. With these faux mums and pumpkins, you’ll never have to buy them again.
Umbrella
I also got this bohemian umbrella from World Market. I really was just looking for a white/cream colored umbrella, and this is all they had in store. So I gave it a try and it actually ended up making the patio even more fun and relaxing. I had to buy each piece of the umbrella separately – the base, frame, and canopy.
